Chocolate Cloud
1 small box of chocolate instant pudding
2 cups of heavy whipping cream
Pour cream in mixing bowl. Add pudding mix. Mix with electric mixer until thick and fluffy.

Simple Chicken Pot Pie
1 cup of Bisquick
1/2 cup of milk
3 eggs
2 cups of thawed frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups of cooked chopped chicken
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease casserole dish. Mix chicken, vegetables, and soup. Pour into casserole dish. Mix Bisquick, milk, and egg. Spread over chicken mixture. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Strawberries and Cream Pie
6 cups of fresh strawberries
2/3 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of water
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 9-inch baked pie shell
1 cup of sweetened whipped cream
Remove stems from berries. Mash 2 cups. Half and quarter the remaining and set aside. In a medium saucepan, stir together the mashed berries, sugar, cornstarch and a pinch of salt. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Continue to cook and stir for 2 minutes. Cool for 30 minutes.
Fold remaining berries into cooled mixture. Pour into pie shell.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Top with whipped cream before serving.

1 liter of club soda

3/4 cup of melted butter
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
Middle Layer:
8 ounces of softened cream cheese
1 cup of sugar
8 ounces of cool whip
Topping:
6 ounce package of strawberry Jello
1 pound of sliced strawberries
Mix crust ingredients until well blended. Spread into a 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Mix middle layer ingredients until well blended. Spread on crust.
For top layer...prepare Jello according to package instructions. Add strawberries. Chill partially to set, then pour over cream cheese mixture. Chill to fully set Jello. Top with whipped cream if desired.

2 cups of penne pasta
Heat oil in skillet, add chicken, garlic, celery and onion. Cook until browned, stirring often. Set chicken aside. In a large pot, combine water, soup and basil. Heat to boiling. Add uncooked pasta. Return to boil, reduce to medium heat and cook for ten minutes, or until pasta is tender. Add chicken mixture to pot and cook an additional 5 minutes.

Super Quick Monkey Bread
4 cans of butter flavored biscuits
1-1/2 cups of sugar
1-1/2 sticks of margarine
5 teaspoons of cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a tube cake pan. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. Cut biscuits into quarters, roll in sugar mixture and place in pan. Melt margarine in saucepan stir in remaining sugar mixture and bring to boil. Pour mixture over biscuits. Bake 45 minutes.
Turn onto plate while warm
Enjoy!!!

1 can of diced tomato's
1 8 ounce can of tomato sauce
1-1/2 cups of cottage cheese
2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning
2 cups of Mozzarella cheese
Salt to taste
Optional:
Pepperoni
Black Olives
Mushrooms
Banana Peppers
Combine cooked rice and cottage cheese, spread in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Brown beef and onion until beef is done and onions are transparent. Add tomato's, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning and salt. Spread mixture over rice. Add any optional items at this time. Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is golden brown.
