Kids Frozen Fruit Treat

1-3/4 cup of strawberries
1 large can of crushed pineapples
5 bananas cubed
12 ounce frozen orange juice concentrate
1-1/2 cups of water

Mix ingredients together. freeze in small paper cups. Serve partially defrosted.
Kids love these!!!

Snow Cone Syrup

2 cups of sugar
3/4 cup of water
1 package of unsweetened Kool-Aid (any flavor)

Bring water and sugar to boil in saucepan
Remove from heat, add Kool-Aid
Let cool completely, pour over ice and serve.

Kool-Aid Sherbet

1 cup of sugar
1 envelope of unsweetened Kool-Aid (any flavor)
3 cups of milk

Blend all ingredients well, freeze for 1 hour.
Remove from freezer, blend again till smooth, refreeze.

Ramen Noodle Taco Salad

2 packages of beef flavored Ramen Noodles
1 pound of ground beef
1 large tomato chopped
1 cup of chopped onion
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Thousand Island dressing to taste

Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain.
Brown beef, drain.
Stir in 1 seasoning packet
Add remaining ingredients, mix well.

Ramen Noodle Antipasto

2 packages beef flavored Ramen Noodles
1/2 cup of sliced pepperoni
1/2 cup of sliced black olives
1/4 cup of chopped onion
Italian dressing

Cook noodles following package instructions, drain.
Add pepperoni, olives, onions and drizzle dressing.
Toss and serve

Crockpot Fruity Cake

1-21 ounce can of apple or cherry pie filling
1 yellow cake mix
1/2 cup of melted butter
1/2 cup of your choice of chopped nuts

Pour pie filling in crockpot. Combine cake mix and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over pie filling. Top with nuts. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours.

Crockpot Fruity Pork Roast

1 medium sliced onion
1 2-pound boneless pork roast
1 8-ounce package of dried plums
1/2 cup of apple juice
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

Place onion in crockpot, place roast on top of onions, top with plums. In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients together, pour over plums. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours until pork is tender.
