1 cup of sliced strawberries
1 Tablespoon of maple syrup
Place 1/4 cup of yogurt in the bottom of 2 short glasses
Top with 1 Tablespoon of granola
Top with 1/4 cup of strawberries
Repeat the layers
Drizzle 1/2 Tablespoon over each

Mother's Day Hash Brown Casserole
8 large eggs
2 cups of milk
16 ounce frozen hash browns
1 medium red pepper diced
1 medium green pepper diced
1 medium onion diced
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of black pepper
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
8 slices of bacon cut in 1 inch pieces
1 cup of shredded colby cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
spray 9x13 baking dish
in a large bowl whisk together eggs and milk
fold in hash brown, peppers, onions, garlic powder, and cheddar cheese.
Stir in half of the bacon pieces.
Pour into baking dish.
Top with remaining bacon and colby cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.
Rest for 5 minutes before cutting.

4 pork chops
1 can of cheddar cheese soup
1 can of french onion soup
Thinly slice potatoes in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Arrange the pork chops on the potatoes. Combine soups and pour over the pork chops and potatoes. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Quick Teriyaki Chicken
1 (4 pound) chicken cut into pieces
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1 (12 ounce) can or bottle of tropical punch drink
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the soy sauce and the tropical punch drink in a 9x13 baking dish. Add the chicken, turning to coat evenly. Bake, skin side down for 30 minutes. Turn, and bake an additional 30 minutes.

1 large package of dried beef
8 slices of bacon
4 boneless chicken breasts
Wrap each piece of chicken in 2 slices of beef, then 2 slices of bacon. Place in shallow baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream together, pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for an additional 1/2 hour.
